Kobe to revise port service charges system

The City of Kobe's Port and Harbor Bureau has announced its budget for fiscal 1998 and chief measures for upgrading port facilities and services. Under the project, the container yard-using fees will be revised with effect on May 1, to enhance its competitiveness. It was also decided to open the Chang Jiang Office in Wuhan or Nanjing in October.
