United Kingdom: Jackson orders audit of ports

Some of Britain's best-known ports could be heading for insolvency, according to a government review of the sector.
Glenda Jackson, the shipping minister, has ordered an audit of publicly owned trust ports, to identify those that have become moribund, or are about to go out of business.
