THE Hong Kong Shippers' Council (HKSC) is requesting that the Intra Asia Discussion Agreement (IADA) give it adequate notice before implementing extra terminal handling charges (THCs).

Lately, IADA has been advising its members to add 10 per cent per FEU and 20 per cent per TEU to THCs for Hong Kong this year. This means shippers are now being charged HK$1,800 ......
