China Container growth to remain strong

THE Chinese Chamber of Commerce expects container export volume to remain high in the second half, after exceptionally strong first-half growth was reported despite the Asian financial crisis.
With 320,000 TEU export orders signed in the first half, to be fulfilled in the latter part of the year, ensuring strong figures for the whole year.
