Fewer orders expected for Japan and S Korean yards

Orders for Japanese and South Korean shipbuilders are likely to slow as Asia muddles through a region-wide economic crisis, a Japanese industry body said on Tuesday.
"Quite a few ship operators will likely hold back from placing orders until Asia's economy stabilises," a spokesman for the Japan Ship Exporters' Association said.
