Appeal court upholds arbitration clause in voyage charterparty

THE English Court of Appeal is divided over whether UK's Arbitration Act 1996 gives a court the discretion to decide if summary judgment is appropriate in a dispute between two parties that have previously agreed to arbitrate their differences.
