Airline exec tells Congress to take lead in "open skies"

WASHINGTON, DC -- The time has come for the United States to take the lead in setting clear and forceful standards for an open skies agreement with the United Kingdom, US Airways Chairman and CEO Stephen M. Wolf said recently in testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee's Antitrust Subcommittee.
