Port of Kobe back in business with lower fees, new procedures

KOBE, Japan - Although the Port of Kobe suffered extensive damage caused by the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake that occurred in January 1995, the port reports that all of its facilities have been completely reconstructed.
