AFTER 1998's 16 per cent decline in throughput, Penang Port is optimistic of a reverse situation with a five per cent growth forecast for this year.
The first four months of this year had given the port confidence to achieve the set target, Penang Port Sdn Berhad (PPSB) executive chairman, Ahmad Ibnihajar, said.
