Swedish intermodal operator taken over

Swedish national operator for intermodal transport, Swe-Kombi, has been taken over by the German and Swiss intermodal companies, Kombiverkehr AG and Hupac SA. Both Kombiverkehr and Hupac acquire 30 percent through takeover of the shares of Swedish forwarders.
