Box Traffic to/from Japan Up 6.4% for First Quarter

Twelve major container ports in Japan handled a total of 2,480,977 TEUs, up 6.4% from a year earlier, for the first three months of this year, according to the Port Modernization Promotion Council. This represents a proof of a steady upward trend of container traffic to and from Japan.
