Foreign investment in Major Ports placed at Rs 2000 cr.

Foreign investment in major ports, mainly for setting up container terminals, is likely to be about Rs 2000 crore in the current fiscal year. Official sources said these inflows would increase port container handling capacity by about two million TEUs.
