HEARD about the repair yard winning a big contract to dock a ship, remove all organotin antifouling and asbestos, strip, de-sludge and gas-free all the tanks and generally clean it up ready for scrapping? No, probably not. Not yet anyway. But the idea is not as far-fetched as it may seem.
