(Shipping Times)
April 8, 1999
By David Hughes
FOR a long time now almost all cruiseships have been built by a select group of European yards. These include France's Chantiers de l'Atlantique, Germany's Meyer Werft, Finland's Kvaerner Masa yards, Italy's Fincantieri, Spain's AESA and one or two other yards which have built high-class "cruise ferries" in recent years.
