TWO weeks ago Norwegian owner Mosvold announced that it would sell its VLCC Mosking. That was something of a surprise as Mosvold had used the vessel to pioneer the practice of fitting protectively located ballast tanks to older tankers to allow continued trading under International Maritime Organisation (IMO) rules.
