Opec 'ready to up production'

Opec is ready to supply more oil if its price remains above $28 a barrel, its secretary-general has said.
The organisation of oil producers is already due to boost production by 800,000 barrels a day from 1 October, but the price of a barrel of oil has remained high at over $35.
