Up, up, and away for bunkers across the globe as benchmark crudes trade at $30-33

April Brent crude traded at a fresh nine-year high of $30.26 per barrel on London's International Petroleum Exchange this morning, and April W.T.I. hit $33 per barrel in New York in early trading today.
