U.S. Maritime Administrator Clyde J. Hart, Jr. will lead a U.S. delegation in negotiations on a new maritime agreement with the China, February 29 to March 3, 2000. Hong Shanxiang, Vice Minister of Communications will lead the Chinese delegation. The bilateral talks will be the first since the last round held in Washington D.C. in September 1999.
