Ravi Tikkoo is back, and the billionaire shipping magnate wants to salvage his once-sunk ambition to build the world's biggest cruise liner.

Mr Tikkoo retreated to the Bahamas 10 years ago after his first plan to build the 160,000-tonne Ultimate Dream failed - nearly dragging Harland & Wolff, the Belfast shipbuilder, down with it.
