Japan, Canada, EU hit U.S. antidumping bill

WASHINGTON (Kyodo) The Japanese, Canadian and European Union ambassadors to the United States sent a joint letter Wednesday to U.S. President Bill Clinton, urging him to veto a bill that would subsidize American steelmakers and other firms by using revenues from antidumping duties.
