Seoul to create customs-free zones by year-end

The government is expected to designate Pusan, Kwangyang and Inchon ports as customs-free zones toward the end of the year to abolish tariffs on goods brought into them.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy announced yesterday that it will implement a new legislation on customs-free zones as soon as it meets cabinet approval May 23.
