Reluctant Iran Falls in Line With OPEC Production Rise

VIENNA, March 29 -- Just hours after Iran angrily broke ranks with all other OPEC members here today, its leaders reversed themselves and announced that they would, after all, try to raise production in line with the rest of the oil-producing nations.
