CHINESE shipyard Yantai Raffles has won the first orders in a series of massive 450,000 gt casino ships worth US$2 billion (S$3.32 billion) each. The order from Casino Vegas Del Mare is still subject to a number of conditions, including financial requirements, but if confirmed would be the largest newbuilding order ever placed.
