Falling costs boost Boeing profit by 26%

Jetliner deliveries delayed by engineer strike rebounded in second quarter
[SEATTLE] Boeing Co, the world's biggest planemaker, said second-quarter profit rose 26 per cent as costs fell and it caught up on jetliner deliveries delayed by a 40-day engineers' strike.
