Signé par les PDG des deux groupes, Noël Bouly pour Synchrony et Alain Bréau pour Mory, ce plan de continuation prévoit entre autres le paiement intégral des créances gelées par la procédure du 2 avril 2001, un apport en numéraire et lapport des activités logistiques du groupe Mory à Synchrony. Selon certaines informations, Mory prendrait également une participation significative dans Synchrony.
