Move for selective easing of Cabotage laws upsets Indian shipowners

The Indian National Shipowners' Association (INSA) has taken exception to the Director-General of Shipping (DGS), Mr D. T. Joseph's move towards a selective "case-to-case basis" relaxation in the Cabotage Laws which allows certain foreign-flagged vessels to operate on the Indian coast.
