Kuching eyes another high in 2001 cargo throughput

KUCHING Port Authority (KPA), riding on an impressive performance last year, targets for another double-digit growth in its cargo throughput in 2001.

Its general manager Liu Moi Fong said the KPA handled an estimated 110,000 TEUs in containerised cargo last year, which was the highest in its history.
