Cruise industry withstands effects of September 11

The British cruise industry has managed to withstand the worst effects of the events of September 11, according to latest figures.
The number of UK passengers taking ocean and river cruises last year is more than 2% up on the year 2000 total, says the Passenger Shipping Association.
