Sale of URC May be Completed by 2004

THE PRIVATISATION of the Uganda Railways Corporation (URC) may be completed by January 2004 following conclusion of negotiations with consultants who will handle its concessioning.
However, this will depend on how soon the World Bank approved the choice of the consultants.
