OVER the past few weeks congestion and delays at Durban's port have been reduced significantly.
Alison Sibbald, liner executive with the liner division of Rennies Ships Agency, says this is a seasonal factor as the November to February period tends to be slower, with traffic peaking from March to October.
The April to October period is the peak season for fruit exported from SA, as well as a lot of imports coming into the country
