NOTWITHSTANDING the outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), Shanghai Port continues to register high growth in port traffic with liftings in April increasing by 35 per cent over the same period last year to a record 912,000 twenty foot-equivalent units (TEUs).
