Supreme Court dismisses writ plea of P&O Ports - JNPT: Conversion of BT into CT

THE Supreme Court has dismissed the writ plea filed by P&O Ports challenging the Bombay High Court order upholding the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust's (JNPT) decision to debar P&O Ports from bidding for a second terminal at the Port.

This verdict has been confirmed by the legal departments of both JNPT and P&O Ports. ......
