Law firm Ward Hadaway has completed the multi-million pound sale of Seaham Harbour Dock Company to Plymouth-based Victoria Group on behalf of the shareholders of Durham Port Holders Ltd (DPHL).

Working alongside Clearwater Corporate Finance plc, which led and structured the deal, the Newcastle-based firm finalised the handover of the integrated cargo handling, warehousing and distribution facility to Victoria Group ......
