SHARJAH - The first and second phases of the ambitious Dh75 million inner harbour project at Sharjah's Hamryiah Free Zone (HFZ) has been commissioned. The project, which was launched in February, has already attracted investments worth Dh350 million.
The depth of the inner harbour is five to seven metres, the length is 2.1 kilometres and the width is 300 metres, with the overall leasable area totalling 750,000 square metres, of which 75 per cent is already either rented or booked by companies involved in the marine and maritime services industries, ship repair, boat and ship building and food processing
