National carrier, port operator in talks on long-term contract

(SINGAPORE) Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) has no plans to take a direct shareholding in PSA Corporation's Singapore terminals, opting out of a tie-up similar to that announced by Cosco Pacific on Saturday.
An NOL spokeswoman told Shipping Times the Singapore shipping group had chosen not to take the shareholding route at its home port, but was 'currently negotiating with PSA with regard to a long-term contractural relationship'
