KUALA LUMPUR - Malaysia International Shipping Corp (MISC) shareholders have approved the company's acquisition of American Eagle Tankers (AET) from Neptune Orient Lines (NOL), company chairman Hassan Marican said yesterday.

Saying that in general, the shareholders' meeting went very well, he told reporters: 'At the end of the meeting, the acquisition of AET was approved by the shareholders.' ......
