SINGAPORE -- A Malta-registered bulk carrier and a Panama-registered container vessel collided off a southern islet of Singapore, causing a minor oil spill, port officials said on Monday.
The 22,009-tonne MV Sea Liberty and the 15,095-tonne MV Arabian Express collided close to midnight on Sunday and 'both vessels are in a stable condition' with no crew members injured, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore's (MPA) said in a statement
