A minority shareholder in the Zim shipping company is suing to have the company reappraised by a foreign and independent party.
Nahum Preminger, whose stake in the company is worth some NIS 739,000, filed his petition at the Tel Aviv District Court on Sunday, charging that the valuation at which the State of Israel agreed to sell its holding in Zim to The Israel Corporation was too low
