With a pending request for his arrest in France, Malta Maritime Authority chairman Marc Bonello is convinced that the Parisian magistrate chasing him and executive director Lino Vassallo "has already given her verdict" on the Erika case.

Dr Bonello and Mr Vassallo are anxiously expecting the French Appeals Court to overrule the magistrate's attempts to have them arrested on the grounds that as officials of the Maltese government they do not fall under French jurisdiction ......
