MOSCOW, July 20 - Russia's Transport Ministry sets to Russian ports the goal of handling up to 90% of the foreign trade cargoes by 2010, Serik Zhusupov, in charge of the ministry's board for railway, sea and river transport state policy, told a press conference on Tuesday.
