Cosco Pacific, the Hong Kong-listed container terminals and container leasing company, is reportedly negotiating for a stake in a container terminals operator at Antwerp, Europe's second-largest port.

Industry insiders said Cosco Pacific would invest in Hesse-Noord Natie, which operates four container terminals at Belgium's leading port and is wholly owned by Singapore terminal operator PSA Corporation ......
