ROME - Deputy Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak said the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (APMM) will initially enforce the country's maritime law within 50 nautical miles of its coast.

He said the initial area of jurisdiction is sufficient as APMM, which is expected to start operations next March, is still new and lacks the necessary facilities. The Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) will guard the rest of Malaysia's waters ......
