THE wife of Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) chief financial officer Lim How Teck sold almost half her shares in the shipping line on the open market on Wednesday at a price of $2.84 a share.
The move came a day after NOL's independent financial adviser HSBC issued a circular calling Temasek Holdings' $2.82 billion cash offer for all the NOL shares it did not already own 'fair but not compelling'
