Oslo is turning into a veritable cruise capital. Nearly 1,500 calls are expected along the Norwegian coast this summer, and many will tie up at Oslo along the way.
The popularity of the Norwegian coast and the Baltic are fuelling the surge in cruise traffic to Oslo. It's all part of a trend that started back in 1980 when average annual cruise passenger started growing at a rate of 8.4 percent worldwide
