Norwegian business tycoon Kjell Inge Røkke was found guilty on Friday on all counts relating to corruption in securing a boat license.
Røkke and his butler John Inge Valand were both found guilty on three counts, of corruption, fraudulent breach of trust and driving a boat without a license.
Røkke stood accused of illegally obtaining a skipper's certificate in 2001, without taking the required written and technical examinations. The license allowed him to pilot large craft
