Sea-Land Service Inc., the largest U.S. ocean carrier, said it will take part in the second round of bidding for a stake in Taiwan's state-run China Shipbuilding Corp. (CSC), a newspaper reported Monday.
However, Sea-Land Service, the sole bidder in the first round, urged the Taiwan government to release its entire stake to give the buyer a free hand in running the shipyard, the Commercial Times said
