The Israel Ports Authority yesterday reported profits of NIS 518 million last year, an astronomical 430 percent jump over 2003, despite the summer strike at the three state-owned sea ports.
Expenditures totaled NIS 1.48 billion in 2004, down 16 percent from the NIS 1.77 billion in the preceding year, according to figures published ahead of structural changes in the authority
