MONROVIA, September 22 - Deputy Maritime Commissioner for Finance/USA, Lamini A. Kromah, has vowed to ensure transparency and accountability in the Liberian Maritime Program.

Mr. Kromah said funds generated by the maritime program have for too long been swindled away by corrupt officials administering its affairs, saying "the time for financial prudence and accountability is here." ......
