A.P. Moeller-Maersk A/S, the world's biggest container-shipping company, may sign an agreement by as early as next week with NCB Holdings Bhd to move its business to Northport, people familiar with the matter said yesterday.
Currently, Moeller-Maersk, via its unit Maersk Sealand calls at Westport, which is owned by the privately held Kelang Multi Terminal Sdn Bhd.
Maersk is one of the top five customers of Westport, contributing as many as 250,000 TEUs (20ft equivalent units) per year
