Master should have delayed sailing: probe
A British investigation into the death of two seamen aboard the Singapore-flagged crude oil tanker FR8 Venture last year has found the vessel's master should have delayed sailing due to extreme weather.

The Hong Kong government said on Wednesday it will dismantle a harbour pier at the centre of a row over preserving the city's heritage at the end of this month, a move that will upset conservationists. The government said it will finish taking down the Queen's Pier by November, and it plans to reconstruct the jetty elsewhere although it has not decided when and where it will be moved to.
